Texture is making its way into all manners of design this year and lighting is no exception. Organic materials and shapes are being mixed with traditional sleek modern metal in some absolutely fabulous ways.
While the juggernaut of texture-meets-metal style – aka Modern Farmhouse – is still going strong, designers are experimenting with taking texture mixing and applying it to other styles, such as MCM, French country, and Contemporary, just to name a few.
